Hello there.

I am Jim and i am newbie here . I am form Greece and i have a BMW 318is M44 that i try to make it turbo ;-)

The managment i have to choose the MS.I find it very intrested..

But i have 2 questions.First do you know if there is any adaptor to connect to my stock wiring without cutting much cables???

And 2nd if there is any already map for my 318is to see and maybe use it with some developments...

Welcome! I've seen a couple BMW adapter designs floating around on eBay for the 88 pin Motronic connector, but I don't know if they will fit an M44 or not. The manual walks you through how to create your own base map if you can't find one.
