No rpm or O2 on MT MSII2.2 V3 board

I had my system working on my car. It started and ran quite well. I tried to make a change to get the VE and afr maps to read correctly by changing from a NB to WB O2 setting in the cfg files. This would match the real configuration that is on the car. Now the motor will start and quickly dies right away. It will do this repeatedly. If I pump the accelerator pedal when trying to start it, it will sputter for a longer time, then die. I can watch the afr on the MT and it leans out and then dies.
In MT when I try to start the car I get the afr and rpm readings. When I try the Jimstim, I cannot get either. I tried tracking the voltage from the Jimstim pots for O2 and rpm and get the proper readings all the way back to the db37 on the MS board.
This last time trying to start the car, the motor would continue to run as long as I kept pumping the gas pedal and kept the rpm up. The afr was reasonable as long as I kept pumping. If I stopped pumping, the afr leaned out and the motor would die.
I have a MS 2.2 V3 board, MT 2.25 P3, Embedded code V2.89
'56 Desoto Hemi motor 335 cu. in. displacement.
GM TBI from a 350 Chevy, 55 lb injectors
GM idle air controler
GM water and air temp sensors
Mopar electronic distributor to the relay board
relay board to the MSD 6 ignition box
Innovate wide band O2 and controler
I feel that it is very possible that I did something in the config file or some other thing that has caused this problem. I am getting some computer savy help tomorrow and I think we will try to start from scratch to reinstall everything. It worked before I messed with it. It should again.
Is there anything that I should know about starting over that is not likely to be obvious to me?
Thanks to all who have helped me before and may do so again. Bill
