I am having trouble with getting the resistance of 60kohm.

I have been getting approx 3kohms on both transistors I bent them away from the heatsink and then checked and it was still the same.

I am using high impedance injectors so will it affect me even if they don't work?

What could be causing them not to get correct resistance? They are getting power fine.

Some other changes can cause a resistance of around 3K between the 12 volt plane and the heat sink. I wouldn't worry about it. (If it was 30 ohms, I'd be worried...)
