GM DIS on MS-II / V3.0 board

The guides I've seen for this are of no help whatsoever. Everything is wired properly, but I am at a loss as far as the proper settings, especially in the "Advanced Ignition Options" menu.

It's a GM DIS module from an earlier 2.2 OHV engine attached to a 2.2L Ecotec. I am getting spark, the tachometer is seeing that I'm getting spark, but MS isn't seeing it. And also, so far as I know, the JimStim is set up right to mimic the 6-1 wheel, but I'm getting some funky readings in the MS program.

Anyone have any ideas before I take a bunch of C-4 to this car project?

Thanks

How exactly do you have this one wired up? Normally the MS won't "see" the 6+1 signal.

ft,

I believe the GM HEI module provides a 'distributor-like' signal to MegaSquirt, so the missing tooth settings should not be used. This missing tooth signal goes to the DIS module, and it must be correct, then the DIS module creates a tach signal from that, and this is what is sent to MegaSquirt. So you treat it as if it was a distributor (and let the module do the hard work).
