Hello everyone,
I have a MS2 ver 3.0 using 2.891 code, 36-1 crank sensor with VR pickup. I got into trouble as I was searching around the forum and found in the Extra section board mods and coil hookup for a set up that I wish to use. Being new to all this and trying to learn as much as I can on my own after posting a question I was told I can't mix with MS2. Now that I have everything modified for the two direct outputs for Extra can someone help me locate the process needed for MS2.

I have found and read the section on Microsquirt dual spark and see the M-N toothed wheel is possible for a 4 cly with one input and understand the setup in programming. I am not able to find the hookup for two coild and any mods required to do so. Could someone please help? Or since being new to all this what is required to use Extra code? Might be a silly question but never hurts to ask.

Look in the left column for ignition and then dual spark. Gives a complete explanation of how to convert an MSll to dual spark.

Thanks, that is the section I was reading and just not quit far enough yet. I will get it modified and should be ready to start it up.

You can get dual spark with MS2, V3 and either regular or extra code. The regular code mod to get dual spark can be found at www.microsquirt.info, a little more than halfway down there is a section on Dual Spark and MS-II. If this is the same mod you made, then you can use either code. If not you need to ask this on the extra forum.
