injectors flow with no pulse

hey guys, im finally putting ms in my car. got vr wheel set up nice, edis works beauty(put gas in cylinders,pull fp fuse, and it runs),but the engine was flooding badly with the fuel pump fuse in. so i took out the injectors and fuel rail for testing.when in test mode injectors pulse and it looks normal,when i try to start the car the injectors come on full blast with no pulsing. i checked the pulse width and % its 1.0 and 30.not sure what else to do? i have low imp. injectors 2.9ohm with a 385 cc /min flow @ 50 psi 
otto went to the junk yard and found some hi imp. inj. and now the freekin car runs!!!
