Assembling & Testing a MS II w/V3.0
Using MegaTune

Expected MSII Rev. 2.88600 ini file
Received MSII Rev. 2.89100 controller

This is coming up. How do I change this?

Take this file:

http://www.megamanual.com/files/ini/meg ... .ini.2.891

Rename it to "megasquirt-ii.ini" and save it in your project folder.
