so i got an 89 5.0 with a turbo.i used the diyauto mustang basemap toget it started....have it starting and idling decent . my questions though: in the tune it was set for a 350?
i idle at 101.2 kPa? dontunderstand at all.this is dwn from 115.idle speed went up as i tuned jus like it was supposed too
also tuner studio wont read corectl with my aem wideband nor will it save that i am using a wideband it keeps reverting back to narrow band

The displacement number is not part of the tune file - the tuning software just defaults to it.
Make sure your MAP sensor is plumbed up correctly. An idle kPa in the 100 range usually means the MAP line is broken or run to the wrong port.

You can probably tune it to pull a bit more vacuum by adjusting the fuel and advance unless that's a very wild cam.

That must be a heck of a cam!
Just for reference.......
I am running this cam in a 383 SBC ..........
Advertised Duration 280 int./288 exh.
Intake Valve Lift 0.576 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift 0.570 in.
Lobe Separation (degrees) 113
Certainly not huge but not mild either.
I have a solid idle at 850-900 rpm at 42 kPa
80 kPa just seems awfully high to me.

I thought that sounded high, i believe it is .585 lift with like 310 or so duration, it was in the car when I bought it and it is quite sizeable compared to stock. So I guess ill just tune it as it sits.
the idle did sound cleaner once I Corrected my vacumm situation, and it did drop ,so could i be save to assume that I dont have any Leaks?
