2 oxygen sensors with MS-II

I have dual custom exhaust, with no H- or X-pipe.
How to use 2 stock oxygen sensors with this external wiring?

(Ford 302, MS-II V3.0, PWM idle)
Also I plan to use AEM wideband separately, without connection to MS-II.

Add a duplicate of the main oxygen sensor circuit, connected to an unused pin on the DB37, and bring the output of the circuit in to JS5.

Thank you.
I've found part of manual about 2 EGO
http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mwire.htm#ego
By the way I have another question connected with "2 EGOs question".
What means "engine bank" for V8 engine in MS manual?
Is it 1-2-3-4 (bank1) and 5-6-7-8 (bank2) cylinders?
Or bank is the number of cylinders depends of firing order?
For example we have 302 with firing order 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
What's the right banks definition?
1-2-3-4 and 5-6-7-8
or
1-5-4-2 and 6-3-7-8?

When using two EGO sensors, the bank is determined by what exhaust ports feed what O2 sensor. With manifolds or normal headers, one side of the engine would be one bank, and the other side would be another. If you're using an exotic set of headers where some of the header tubes from one side of the engine cross over to the other, you pair the banks by header tube. Put all the cylinders that go into one collector on the same bank.
