.10 low voltage in Megatune

I have a v3 board MS 2 and I am getting a very low voltage, .10, in Megatune. Just finished installing MAP( through step 55). All of my POTs are working correctly on the stim but I have the low voltage warning light. Baro is correct. The voltage on U5 is reading 12 on the closest to Db9 and 5 on furthest and I am getting less that 1ohm on the middle pin.
Also, I have verified that both my processor and configurator are set for 2.821( or whatever the newest edition ini is, they are the same).

Everything is going smoothly, I am just concerned about the low voltage. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Lee

Check the voltage across the main board H1 (boot) header - it should be 1/6 the battery voltage. This circuit is used for measuring the voltage. Let me know what you find.

I am getting .1 mV, very low. I should be checking this without the processor installed correct?

Also the voltage on U5 pin closest to Db9 is reading 11.95( I am using a wall plug to power the stim (V2.21), not a battery).

Thanks for the reply,

Lee

Doesn't matter if the processor is in there or not - at least not when things are working correctly. Having the processor out rules out a shorted out processor.

Check R3 and R6 to make sure they're within spec.
