Power on DB37 connector with Ign On

1987 Ford 302 Code F, MS-II v3.0 with Procomp CDI and coil (the same with MSD)
I'm using Ford EEC-4 engine harness, Ford EEC-4 male connector (from other EEC-4 ECU) and MS-II harness from DIY-kit.
When I turn ignition on, I have +12V on DB37:
1) pin 24 (PIP from Ford TFI)
2) pin 28 (Ign On +12V)
3) pin 30 (no diod on FIdle solenoid yet)
4) pin 32, 33, 34, 35 (2 banks if injectors - 1-2-3-4 and 5-6-7-8)
8 ) pin 36 (from Procomp wite wire trigger)
9) pin 37 (wrong +12V from Fuel Pump wiring???)
What of this points right and wrong?
I think I need to make new Fuel Pump wiring with new relay.
And install diod on FIdle solenoid.
Is it right?

The pump only runs for a couple of seconds at switch on to prime things. After that, you probably will see +12v on both sides of the pump relay. One side should ground at switch on for those couple of seconds. When MS gets an ignition tach signal it switches the pump back on.

So is it normal that I see +12v on pin 37 all time when ign on?
This is test without Megasquirt attached to the harness.
I have +12v on pin 37 without Megasquirt.

The MS grounds the FP relay to turn it on, so - Yes, you should have +12v at pin 37 on the connector with the ignition switch ON.

Thank you, I have already understood this.

Now I can't get a signal from Hall sensor.
How to wire the TFI module correctly?

I got the signal on pin#24 of MS.
But when I crank engine by starter, MegaTune realtime display shows 0 RPM.

Update
It was mistake with assembling for stock TFI ignition, but wiring for MSD Ignition.
Now MSD completely unplugged, using stock TFI ignition.
I have impulses on pins #24 and #36 on DB37.
(and +6V on pin #36 with ignition ON)
Also I have right impulses on injectors wiring.
But have no spark and injectors are not opening.
MegaTune shows 0 RPM when cranking...
(When check with stock Ford ECU, engine runs good)

Does the ignition module get power with the key on?
Does the MS get a good RPM signal on a Stimulator?

With key on there is +12v on ignition module and MS power.
Also I have a good signal on PIP and SPOUT on TFI module.
(TFI module is good, I checked it with stock ECU)
Also there is +12V here with key on:
But "0" RPM signal in Megatune when crancking.
May be there is some problems with "Setting the General Parameters"?

P.S. I have no Stim... looking for it at this time...

By the way, fuel pump is working about 2 sec with key on. Here is all OK.

I can check that if you post a copy of your MSQ file.

Your MSQ is set up for a 36-1 crank trigger. Some of the settings like the VE table appear to be scrambled; you're better off reloading the firmware and starting from the default settings. I think your firmware is corrupted.
PS - Did you know that you can attach files to the forum, bypassing 4Shared's annoying wait times and advertising?

OK
Also I want to check "in" and "out" signal from Stim and MS with oscillograph (pin 24 and 36).

Now I know)
Thanks

cool!
It works with standard file megasquirt201012212302.msq
