Question on kPa bin values

My engine idles right around 60 kPa. I haven't changed the kPa bins from the default so my idle is right at the middle. I think I should change the values but am unsure what to put in there. The low end is 30 right now. I think I should have a range from 50 to 100. Should this be somewhay linear or should there be a curve to the range?

Nevermind. On closer examination I'm seeing values as low as 44. I'm leaving the bins as is for now.

Patrick,
Yeah, the lowest MAP values are not usually at idle (and this is especially sowith a hotter than stock cam, etc.).
The lowest kPa values usually come on deceleration, and you might want to tune these regions in the VE table with small numbers to save fuel.
The next lowest values are then typically found at cruise (and tuning in this area is crucial for good fuel economy).
Then the third lowest MAP values are normally seen at idle.
Lance.

Thanks Lance. I'm learning a lot through all of this. I have the engine starting and idling well from cold and hot. If I can only figure out my IAC startup retard settings I'll be set.
I need to get more time on the road with a buddy so I can see where my pointer is at different speeds and loads. I will eventually end up on a dyno but want to finish the ignition install first.
This is fun.
