Converting to Hydrogen

I need to have the ability to lean the fuel that is being injected in the engine I am working on. It would be nice if I could do it manually with a pot or some other device. What MS product would work for my application. If I can determine this hydrogen assist actually works I would then reinstall it in the car and try to make it a driver.

We worked with a university group that converted an aircraft tow tractor to hydrogen (either they had an old aircraft tow tractor sitting around for no apparent reason, or they figured it was an application where the very short range of a hydrogen fueled vehicle wasn't a problem). Hydrogen injectors exist, and MegaSquirt can control them like any other injector - see this link for one example:

The biggest problem is they reported that a wideband oxygen sensor will not give an accurate reading if there is little or no carbon in the exhaust, making tuning a bit of a challenge. I believe narrow band sensors work OK on a hydrogen-fueled engine, however.
