I am trying to order a cam for my sbc build and I to say that I am a little confused. Should I buy a cam that is ground for a computer controlled engine or does it really matter? I am looking for a cam in the 2500 to 6500 rpm range. Also will have a turbo like a tv7512/GT45.

Doesn't really matter - the cams "for computer controlled engines" are really for stock computers.

Also keep in mind that for turbo (or any other force-fed application) that you want minimal valve overlap so that you don't push some of your intake charge right into the exh manifold. For force-fed engines the 'stock' camshaft is generally a good choice.
