Nissan ka24det misfiring under a load

I have ms2 ver 3.57 with the vb591 i think thats what its called installed on my turbocharged ka24de and out of the blue it started missing under any type of load in or out of boost.I have checked and or changed the following; cap, rotor, dizzy, wires, plugs and my msd6al plus i have checked all my wiring it does idle just fine.I have had it running on my ka for about three years no problems and then it started to misfire i dont know what else to look at any ideas would be much appreciated

Please check what sort of ignition output transistor you have in Q16 - is it a VB921 (specifically marked "VB921") or a BIP373 (has a metal tab, a Bosch logo, and some completely indecipherable numbers)?

Its the vb921 its a box that DIYAutoTune built for me i did not assemble it i bought it as a assembled kit with the 4 bar map sensor.

The VB921s are easily damaged, and sometimes a damaged one may reduce spark output but still fire. I'd consider upgrading to a BIP373; they're a lot tougher.

Get the MK-BIP373.

So basically after reading everything i have the assembled ms2 ver 3.57 with the vb921 all i need to do is de-solder q16 and then solder in the bip373 and not use the resistor?

In that case, I'll need more information. Could you post a copy of your MSQ file and a data log of it misfiring under load?
