bmw R-100 cop ignition, motorcycle

Post by bmwrider »

What is available that I could build/use for a cop ignition system for a dual plug bmw twin? (Two spark plugs per cylinder---two cylinder) Right now , I am interested in ignition only but may want to convert to EFi later. Programmable advance curves , knock retard is of interest. Any suggestions?

A MicroSquirt can do ignition control with a programmable advance curve. Just leave the injector outputs disconnected.
