AEM Uego Signal Problem

Post by Wes_ »

Hi everyone.

Car is 95 Eagle Talon, 420a with all the works. Anyway, I just wired in my MSII this week and am trying to iron out some issues. It seems that my MS isn't reading the 0-5V analog signal coming from my AEM unit (white wire). I have the white wire on the AEM going to the pink O2 wire on the MS harness. Gauge works fine like it always has but in TunerStudio the A/F gauge is very irradic and bouncing around the 16-17 mark no matter the condition. I tried calibrating to the preset AEM mode and nothing changed. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Check the voltage on the white wire to make sure it matches AEM's published output curve.
