I want to use MAF and MAP.

I see manual page http://www.microsquirt.info/mafmap.htm

Pin Function MicroSquirt® Connection (for MS-II the same)

A Switched 12 volts Main Relay pin 87 [RD]
B Ground Ground to same spot as MicroSquirt® [BLK]
C MAF signal ground Connect to Pin 20 [WHT/BLK]
D MAF output signal MAF Only: Pin 24 [GRN/RD] or MAF/MAP: Pin 29-baro [ORG/GRN]

Is it about pins of DB-37 connector (pin 20, 24, 29)?
I have IAT sensor on pin 20.

How to connect MAF signal ground?

I have MAF with 6 pin oval connector with 4 wires - A,B,C,D

I guess this is MAF from Cobra 5.0

I have connected MAF ground to sensor ground pin 19.
MAF signal connected to pin 29.

Now I can't find out how to calibrate MAF in MegaTune.
I have created maffactor.inc with MAF Analyzer, created ../inc directory in ../car1/ folder and placed file into it.
In MegaTune I have no "Tools/Calibrate MAF Table" option.

Please help to calibrate MAF.
