BMW M50 No Start

Post by Wheelandrimrepair »

Hello Megasquirtees I am new and just put it on my boosted 1992 BMW. I have MSII V 3 Board and it will not start. I have Spark, and Injector pulse but it seems to be kicking back on cranking. I adjusted every setting under the sun up and down, to no avail. Can I get a good pointer, kinda outa ideas here, worn out! about to put it to the side again

Where is your initial timing set? Your description sounds like it is too far adavnced.

Initial Timing setting? hmmmm To be honest I do not know if I even set that as yet. I have been in and out of tuner studio and do not remember seeing a setting called initial timing or a procedure. Please forgive my inexperience, really steep learning cure, so many new things to get up to speed with. I did do the trigger wheel setting for my 60-2 crank wheel and under cranking I set the skip pulses to 20. So I am wondering if that is what you meant
