Have you checked the fuel pump pressure to be sure it is not falling off after a period of time?

The fuel presure is at 48 psi at the rail . The car was running and the shut off and I went to crank it back up and it would not start back up . Matt at DIYAUTo Tune said that My MS2 is not seeing RPm and will not turn on the injectors. I have the preassembled MS2 Box with the V3.57

Plus I check the inline fuse for the injectors and it was good. I check the injectors with A NOID Light and no juice to the injectors , But I do ahve spark when I turn the car over. With my spark plug tester but the MS2 in not seeing RPM. And if i take the MS2 out and use the stim to see if i get RPM and all I get nothing.

You didn't mention the no rpm condition in your original post. Nor the fact that you have already contacted Matt.

I will now bow out and go back to my corner.

Good luck,

Ken

EDIT: It does seem curious that you have spark but no rpm, though.

According to your msq this is a MicroSquirt, running EDIS ignition, a NB o2 sensor and 2.89 code. Is that correct?

Yes but It is running a WB 02 Not NB 02. This is a Megasuirt 2 with a v3.57

A number of things jump out at me when viewing your msq. I am sure there are others but here are a few.

Yout msq is set to MicroSquirt not MS2

Two point correction for Prime, ASE, WUE, etc.

Fuel calculation is set for a V8 - is this correct?

Idle control is set to 15 minute IAC - is this correct?

Ignition set to EDIS - Are you using the Ford module and 36-1 wheel?

Rev limit set to 500 rpm

Although I do not run boosted engines, I do know that your VE table will not work if you are running a turbo

Your VE table is very rough and needs a lot of work under any circumstances

These are just a few of the things catch my attention. Perhaps others will chime in with their own ideas.

Ok It is a V8 and it is a 4.7 liter.
What is Prime,ASE.WUE, Ect???
I have no IAC.
I am use a EDIS-8 Module and a 36-1 wheel with a VR sencor.
And I Did not know that I set the Rev limitor to 500 RPM. How can I change that?
Ok And how do i set it for MS 2?

To echo what Kjones said, there is a lot wrong here. In the Fuel Set-Up tab click general, change the ECU type to 1 (for MSII). Also on the fuel setup tab, click Rev Limiter, here you can set the rev limiter, 500rpm is obviously not going to work.

Your VE table is very rough and will not work with boost because it stops at 100kPa.

I have no intentions of hurting anyone's feelings here but, I think it is time for you to sit down and give the tuning manual a very thorough read.

And most certainly, follow Hahns5.2's suggestions above.
