I assembled the MSII step by step, used the stim, everything works great so far. my problem is in the instructions where you are assembling the ignition system. the instructions recommended that I install the VR input and the opti input so I could change over if I ever desired. It mentions adding a jumper to make it work.
so am I all set to use VR (which is what I want now) or do I have to mod it with A jumper?

Yes you have to add a jumper to make it work also you will need to make a jumper going out too if you want it to control the ignition. I believe it is in detail in the mamual about step 65 or so. There is more answers to this somewhere on their site, I think under wiring.
