programing MS....

are we able to make programs (visual basic or any) and install on MS ?
to change a simple V8 (or v6) engine into active fuel management system!

The answers to your questions:
1) there is no need to. These programs are already done and free of charge;
2) There is also a PC application called Tunerstudio which allows you to program the MS to run virtually any engine from 1 cyl to 16 cyl either for ignition or fuel or both.
