I just received your bluetooth adapter and can not get it to work. I down loaded HyperTerminal to my laptop and can not talk to it at either
9600 or 19200 bps. I followed the instructions in the user manual and still can not get the A command to work. What am I doing wrong?

Can not talk to it from the DB9 side or through Bluetooth?
It should be all set to go, you shouldn't need hyper terminal, there shouldn't be any need to do anything with it other than connect it to your MS, then set up the BT on your computer.
Are you using it with Android or TunerStudio?

With it connected to megasquirt MS1 extra running at 9600 baud, trying to connect to a Lenovo A1 tablet I get Paired but not connected message on the setting page. When I run Shadow logger I get Unable to connected to Bluetooth adapter. Also when I try to pair it it ask for a
pin to pair with.

Also when I try to pair it it ask for a
pin to pair with.
That it should... And I just added that to the 1 page cliff note instructions. the PIN is 1234
I think I may have sent you the adapter configured for MS2 at 115200 baud.
I almost have a configuration utility ready to reconfigure it without a hyper terminal. I can probably get that to you tomorrow, or if you want to get it done now and have hyper terminal handy....
If using a typical USB to serial cable:
- Plug the BT Adapter directly into the USB to Serial adapter
- Connect power to the BT Adapter
- Make sure the small grey switch on the BT adapter is toward the DB9 side.
- Start Hyper Terminal using the Port for your USB - Serial cable, Baud=115200, 8 Bit, Parity:N, 1 stop bit. Typical deal..
- connect
- type ATI1 [enter]
You should get a printout of all settings.
- type ATX0 [enter]
OK
- ATL1 [enter]
OK
on the ATX0 that is a number zero.
If you need any help, you can give me a call too or shoot me your number and I'll call you.
