LEDs Stay On

I've finished the assembly the MS-II V3 kit. The job went pretty smoothly for someone with no electronics background. Each subsystem checked out properly, until the last step.

What I find now is that when the MS-II is powered up, the three LEDs on the case will flash briefly and then a second or so later come one and stay on. I can change parameters using the STIM (V2.2) and can see the changes using Tuner Studio. Nothing feels hot or seems out of the ordinary. I've rechecked my installation and all seems correct. The only thing is that the LEDs on the MS-II don't flicker, but the INJ ones on the STIM do.

I've built the MS-II with the following configuration:
Ford EDIS ignition
Ford PWM IAC - Modification kit with TIP-120 installed.

The VR circuit was not installed since it was not going to be used. The optional Flyback protection for the low impedance injectors was installed.

I am still learning the Tuner Studio software, so this may be a set up issue with that. However, I would like to know if there is something amiss with my construction.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I've figured out the answer. The LEDs are controlled by software and need to be configured using the SPARE PORTS menu under Fuel Setup. Their function is not hardwired, as I interpreted the construction documentation to mean, but rather they can be configured to show injection pulses,warm-up enrichment, etc. etc.

The menu is a bit cryptic in that the dialog boxes ask for entries of "0" or "1" rather than a more intuitive "off" or "on", but that's at least decipherable.
