IAC bi-polar stepper motor wiring

Hi all, I've got a MS2 v3 and an inlet manifold assembly from an MGF which has a 4 wire bi polar stepper motor to control idle air flow, I've measured a resistance of 56 ohm for each of two separate coils.

Can't delay the moment any longer and I'm finally in the process of creating the wiring harness, my question is simple, the MegaManual says the IAC coils are connected to DB37 pins 25 and 27 for one coil and 29 and 31 for the other, does it matter which end of which coil goes to which pin on the DB37, or is this sorted out in the calibration process? My only information on my stepper motor is the resistance between the two pairs of wires.

Thanks :)

If it works in reverse, swap the connections to one winding.

Thanks, I'll give that a go, didn't want connect up and get the 'blue smoke of death' from my MS2
