Will my MS II v3 accomodate a wide band O2 sensor as built? I think yes, but I'm not sure, or....Is there a seperate module required? I have 3 wires hooked up from the ECU, that I built. If so, what's the best, most inexpensive 3 wire sensor to use?

You need a controller for a wideband.
A lot of people use the Innovate, which you can get from DIY Autotune . There are a lot of others just Google it. There are none of them that are cheap.
There is no such thing as a three wire wide band sensor.
I saw your post on the HAMB.
I am also building a hilborn like setup for the 4 banger in my T roadster.

Thanks for the reply, I'm confused, I've read in one of the manuals that the MS II v3 that I have is fully ready for a wide band. And no 3 wire wide bands?

All that means is that MSII will accept a signal from a wideband controller, which is usually 0-5v. The only 3 wire sensors are narrow band.
Basically a narrow band will only tell you if it is rich or lean. A wide band will tell you how much rich or lean it is
You need to Google wide band controller and do a little research. They are certain ways to install them in the exhaust system as the are sensitive to over heating and where they are placed in the header pipe.
You can use a narrow band with MS,but you will get better results with a wideband.
What are the 3 wires you have hooked up to your ecu? There is only one input for the O2 sensor.

The three wires on an NB are ground, signal, heater.

I have an innovate hand held wide band that I'm using to tune now, but I was interested in getting another sensor only and hooking it to the MS II. I guess I can't do that without wiring up the whole innovate unit though. Is that correct? If I wanted to do that, can you help me locate the instructions to do it. Of course, if you're going to use auto correction, the innovate would have to stay with the car, and not be available for other uses?

Yes you have to use the controller to supply the signal to the ecu. The innovate should have an output for a 5 volt signal which goes to the ego in on the MSII. You have to tell Tunerstudio which kind of wideband you are using. The instructions are in the Megamanual.
Don't run the sensor in the exhaust without a controller hooked to it or you will ruin the sensor.
When you get your tune finalized you don't necessarily need to run the wideband.
