No SAW output

No SAW output

I installed EDIS-4 with my version 2.2 MS2 setup. It runs in limp mode properly.

I put a scope on the PIP and SAW. I see an appropriate square wave on the PIP, but no output at all on pin 17 of the 40 pin socket. What would cause MS2 to not generate a SAW signal? I am running v2.905.

I tried changing the MS2 plug in card, thinking the output was faulty, but there's still no output.
