VR6 Ignition Problem

Hi all,
After of all regards and many thanks for posting it have helped me a lot.
I'm installing my first time MS2 in my 1992 GTI VR6 Turbo.
I have all working execpt ignition. My problem is that is only firing 2 cylinders 1 and 6.
I'm using a single coil whit spark distribuor.
I have cheked all, Wheel Settings 6o missing thoot 2 and 78 Tigger angle.(The car reads about 200RPM at cranking)
The car stats anyway but only works this two cylinders. I have cheked the output of Coil and only do about two sparks per second at cranking (i think is too low)
Then two strange things happens:
- If I set the Spark Output in Going High the spark is significantly weaker than in Going Low
- If I set the input capture in Rising Edge the car starts but only could be around 600RPM then if I try to rev up the Fuel Pump Relay start to go off and on continuily and in Falling Edge I could rev it normally.
I'm very disappointed I have look all one and another time and can't find the problem.
If there is anyone who have happen something similar, please tell me your exeriences.
