lambda signal delay

How is the best way to add an extra burst of fuel, or no fuel while driving, to learn how quickly the Oxygen sensor reacts to it?

For example is there a (Control-F[Fuel]) or similar that would add a 5 ms pulse of fuel? Or a Control-Z (for Zero fuel)? This would be marked on the datalog and the Oxygen sensor could easily be checked. Mine appears to be a 5 or a 6. As I use TBI for mileage and a sensor 18 inches down the pipe.

Thanks
Holl

While trying to determine lambda delay, I went through a decent data log and noted all the AE points and checked them against the dips in the O2 feedback. After about a dozen or so readings, I determined a delay of about 17 cycles. This does vary a bit with engine speed and air density, but it's a good start, especially if you are using the "simple" setting in WB control.
