Newbie needs a VE starting point for a built up LT1

Hey everyone. I have built my first MS (MS II, V3) and megashift boxes for a 94 LT1/4L60 drivetrain swap. The engine is running the hottest LT1 "computer grind" cam from Comp, and the heads have been ported aggressively. I'm running an adjustable fuel system with a vacuum reference, factory injectors, factory Optispark with MSD coil and 6A box, and the usual oversize throttle body, headers, ect.
My questions are as follows;
Should I run a vacuum reference to the FP reg?
Where should I set the pressure at idle?
Does anyone run a setup like this? And could I use your VE tables as a starting point for tuning?

I have a WB O2 sensor installed for the finer tuning, and I'm not too worried about the tuning of the megashift. I'm mostly concerned with finding a good fuel pressure and a VE table that's in the ballpark.

Thanks

Yes.

Do you anticipate running out of fuel at full throttle? If not, I'd leave it at stock.
