Coolant temp. reading maxed out at 215F

Hi,
I have a MS-II v.3.0 software v.2.905.
I was running my engine the other day, trying to get the idle, timing, etc. squared away, and it started running a little hot because I didn't have my cooling fans working correctly. I was concentrating on the coolant temperature reading from my MS on Tuner Studio, it was reading at 215F. I have two other analog gauges on my truck for a backup reading, I happened to glance at them and they were both showing a temperature of 250F. So it got a little too hot on me while I was watching the TS gauges.
Can anyone think of a reason my TS gauge would max out a 215? The sender I'm using is the GM sender from DIY Auotune. I've tried recalibrating the Themistor table, but it didn't seem to change anything. I plugged my Stimulator in and turned the coolant temp up and got a reading all the way up to 245 in Tuner Studio.
The fact that TS will show a high reading with the Stim connected leads me to believe something is wrong with my sender, but it is new. Does anyone else have any theories?
Thanks!
