Just can't get it to fire

I have a GM TBI installed on the 360 engine in my 1970 Ford F100. I get close but I just can't get it to fire. I've been running the ignition side with a carb for months and it has worked flawlessly but the fuel side has me stumped. I've reverted back to the settings in the DIYAutoTune video for the TBI install on the Nova after trying adjusting Cranking PW, ASE, WUE etc per the manual. I have a feeling it is the ASE but I had some very high values and it never seemed to make a difference. When I first turn the key it almost starts but subsequent tries are futile. Slightly opening the throttle has no effect. On the Holley 2-bbl I replaced, two pumps of the throttle and holding the the throttle slightly open would result in an immediate start although I had to keep the idle above ~ 1200 rpm until warm. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Posting your msq would be helpful also.

Ok...I found out one problem...I had a massive vacuum leak. Now I can sometimes get it to go through ASE and to the VE table but it just keeps dying. My ASE values, cranking PW, and WUE look awfully high but I don't believe it's flooding. These are massive engines and monuments to inefficiency; a lot of cold iron to get moving. Here are my latest msl and msq. Thanks for the help.
