Just bought the relay board for my megasquirt. Running it on a 2ltr ford zetec.

Have all the wires sorted except the +12v injector wires. Can someone tell me what gauge of wires to use for the injector 12v supply.

That depends on how many injectors you have, and how much current they draw. Typical injectors draw about 1 Amp each, and 18 gauge is suitable for most uses. 18 gauge is sufficient for up to 10 injectors for up to 15 feet of wire.
