My laptop took a major dump and I lost all my msq. files and datalogs. Is it possible to retrieve my current tune just by hooking up another computer with tuner studio to the controller? It sucks to lose my data logs but I had been getting close to the tune I wanted. And not sure if it will download onto the new computer.

Yes. Just connect to MS, create a new project and save it

I like to use the TS archive utility to make regular backups of all my project files, and store them somewhere, just for occasions like you describe.

OK...Having issues matching firmware. My controller is rev 2.92000 and cant seem to find out how to match to get TS to open when connected.
any quick suggestions. When connected TS will see my MS but I cant figure out how to match firmware.

You will need to download/install the 2.9 ini in you new project.
