Fuel pump relay

This morning when I started the car it ran fine for a few minutes and than the fuel pump shut off. When I attempted to restart it the fuel relay was not going to ground. I unplugged the wire from pin 37 and grounded the relay pin 65 and the pump runs fine. It appears the MS2 (pin 37) is no longer grounding the relay pin 65. Seems to be stuck in a state where it goes if you turn the ignition on and don't crank the motor. Will the stim test pin 37?
What should I do next to find what is failing?

The pump should run for a couple of seconds at switch on. If it does, this proves the pump drive circuit is OK.

Yes exactly. The relays are in the cabin and I can hear them operate. Nothing happens when the ign is switched on. This has been a running motor for the last 6 months. The car is not finish but the engine always starts and runs. I put the stim on the ECU and again nothing happens. I open the box and nothing seems burned and there is no smell. I don't know if it is a failed component or failed communications/firmware. The build went like clock work so I have no reference regarding trouble shooting. It is as if there is no power going to it.

trakkies that's correct. Further update. On the car nothing happens when the ign is switched on. On the stim the leds flash PMP is on for a moment and than turns off. So it appears to function correctly on the Stim. I did notice the Ign led never lights on the Stim. I reloaded the Msq a Matt Cramer idea from another thread and this had no effect. Its as if the ECU is not getting power. Found it!!!!!! The 2 amp fuse between relay and pin28 is blown. I wonder what caused that.
