I have recently finished assembling a v3.0 msII 2.29 firmware and have a jimstim 1.5. V2.0.3

All seemed to be working ok during testing except for a problem with the TPS values not responding to input from the stim. comms with Tuner Studio got patchy and now all I get is the FP and FIDL LED blinking alternately, the only effect I can get is the INJ2LED to also flash if I turn the RPM C pot all the way up.

I have gone through the trouble shooter and all voltages seem to be fine for the processor, I have checked for dry solders and cleaned both boards with rubbing alcohol but still the same result.

After another dunking in alcohol it has come back to life intermittently (so I will go over it again looking for dry solders) and now I have a firmware mismatch? Is this because I updated the Tuner Studio software?
