Matt,

Here are the files I told you I would post. My current tune has cleared up some issues I've had. Still have some more to go but it's running pretty good now. Look at the datalog closer to the end and you can see the oscillations when I turned on ego correction. It was set at 15%

Er... what is this in reference to?

Oscilations when EGO correction is turned on usually mean the VE table still needs dialing in.

haha, Sorry.

On the other thread I said I would post my tune and datalog of the ego issues I was having and the issue with the idle changing after I turned the truck off and then started back up again. I didn't want to hijack Portmod's thread so I mad another one.

Ok, some notes on the data log.

1. There's a lot of battery voltage spikes. I see you're using PWM current limiting; this is a bit noisy and this can cause issues if the wiring isn't 100% up to snuff. First, where is the MS grounded?

2. I don't see any restarts in the data log, so I can't comment on why it idles at a different speed after restarting. Usually this is a start value set too low, so the IAC doesn't fully retract.

I'm using the relay board and have grounded to the body of the truck on the firewall which is also where I have the LC1 blue and white wires grounded.

About 18 inches over there is a bonding strap form the firewall to the engine block and the battery negative is grounded at the motor mount to the frame.

As far as the PWM current limiting do you recommend running it some other way. I'm using low impedance injectors.

I'll take a look at the start value. i want to say its around 300 rpm. It hasn't done that lately since I've been able to tune on it more. If it happens again I'll try to get a data log of it.

It would be better to ground the relay board directly to the engine block. That may make some of the voltage spikes go away.

I'll give that a shot and take another datalog. This cold weather is keeping me in the house. Not to mention a broken pipe flooded my house and ruined my weekend plans to tune on the truck.
