4 cylinder wasted spark coil pack with built in igniter?

4 cylinder wasted spark coil pack with built in igniter?
Are there any common 2x2 coil packs around with built in igniters that can take a logic level input? I know I can get a separate igniter, but it would be nice to have one less component to mount.

Pin 1 - 12V power (black/red wire)
Pin 2 - 5 volt logic level signal from ECU (black / blue or brown / yellow)
Pin 3 - diagnostic signal, not used with MegaSquirt (black / yellow)
Pin 4 - ground (white / black)
