Relay board injectors

Hi,

I have a question regarding the relay board. I have a V8 with 2x4 injectors bbench (1 for each cylinder). I have wired it to INJ1/INJ2 in relay board and INJ2 was not working.

I realized that there“s INJ1/INJ1/INJ2/INJ2 in the board so when I pluged INJ1/INJ1 both benchs worked. Is this correct?

Regards,

There are two injector drivers inside MS. Each one goes to two terminals on the DB37 connector. Inj1 to 32&33, Inj2 to 34&35. Two terminals are needed as the maximum current can exceed what one DB37 pin can handle.

Ok,

so if my INJ2 was not working this could be due to a burnt transistor? Which one drives INJ2? Know the circuit part number?

- Maybe if I turn 8 injector into 1 drive this could burn this transistor algo correct? Too much current...

Regds,

There are schematics for all the various PCBs in the manual. Refer to the appropriate one and find the injector drivers. That gives the component number and part number.

Hi all,

Thanks for your input. Q7 had a broken pin. Soldered and its working.
