MS on new never run engine

My project has evolved over the years. I am now building a one off 5.6L version of the 3.5L V8 engine in my car. The new engine has no fuel system and I plan on using MS however I cannot start and break in a new engine while tuning a new MS system. So my idea is to install and tune the system on my existing 3.5L engine running at a proportunatly reduced fuel pressure then transfer the system to the 5.6L engine and increase the fuel pressure to the proper pressure-then the new 5.6L engine should start and run well enough to drive the car??

Instead of changing the fuel pressure, simply change the Required Fuel number to match the new engine displacement (and injector size, if you're changing that too).

Thanks for your reply-yes I will be using the same injectors. Everything will swap over to the new engine-the only thing that will change is the displacement. The first few minutes are very important to a new engine so I am concerned it will start and drive right away.
