Can I fire the spark ADTC @WOT

Post by smokingwheels »

If I physically move the sensor 20 Deg back on an engine, I can do the manual calculations for BTDC offset to plugin. Even wire up my PC and get some idea of the timing.
Last time I checked the software only goes down to TDC eg 0.
We are talking naturally aspirated! so there is no boost pressure to derate the spark.

Has this changed?
I do not wish to hack the code.

Which firmware are you on?

It's pretty rare to need a spark ATDC even in very high boost builds, but some firmware variants allow this for things like antilag or rev limiting.
