Have a question about ignition set up

I have asked this question before but let me add more detail and another picture.
Can someone please help me with this simple set up for my ignition section. I have a MegaSquirt-II Engine Management System w/PCB3
Would like to know what basic information should I use for trigger set up under ignition options and wheel decoder specifically spark mode.
I am using 2 coils that has 2 towers so 1 coil for 2 cylinders with wasted spark.
All this is for a 4 cylinder 600cc motorcycle engine.
