Microsquirt features on MS2

Hello,
as I have seen some success stories on microsquirt (in 2008) I've bougth an MS-II to megasquirt my Porsche 944 Turbo.
The car has 2 VRs. 1st trigger wheel with 132 teeth no missing teeth and a reference wheel with single trigger 58.6 BTDC.
So I've taken the msq of the working microsquirt setup and set up my MS-II accordingly. (v3 board, using SW 2.920) The CPU setting I've changed to MS2.
But once I change the dual spark option to "M0 wheel with rising crank sync" and upload to the MS2 the D14 led starts to blink but I can no longer communicate with the MS.
It this setting only available to microsquirt?
I've built up a 2nd VR decoder with an LM1815 on the proto area and connected to JS10. And I wanted to use D14 as single spark output.
So my question is if there is any solution to use this setting with my MS2?
Many thanks!
Jimmy
