intermitent miss

I have a ms2 3.57 with an internal coil driver running a msd 7al box and I was wandering if there was any noise issues with the internal driver that would cause a miss? I scoped the crank signal and it never dropped out but the ms rpms go zero for a split second at the miss.any ideas or should I try ...
