haha yeah it's kind of weird. you can use stand alone inside the stock ECU box, but all sensors have to remain "un modified", and you can't use any aditional sensors, other than a wideband. the stock tps sucks so it won't work for megasquirt. the struggle.

If a TPS is not legal for your racing class, why expend the effort of trying to hide the sensor, taking the chance of getting caught anyway? I have read any number of threads from users who do not use TPS sensors in their installations and handle AE etc. using MAP. Using the right setup, TPS is not ...

Thanks guys. I agree about the audi sensor not being appropriate. The rover sensor seems to lack availability? Can't find it on any other sites. And no, mounting on the pedal is a no go. Too easy to find. I'm not even zupposed to modify the stock sensor but my goal is to find something that will ...

tell me about a good generic linear TPS

I'm putting megasquirt in my race car, and i'm not supposed to mess with the TPS. so what i need is a potentiometer of some sort to act as a 0-5v tps that will fit in my stock tps body. i just don't know what parameters this unit has to have for it to work with the megasquirt. using one from another ...
