TPS, MAP and RPM synchronisation

Hi,

Could someone please help me understand why, at 1216.476 in the attached log, TPS and MAP decrease as I take my foot off the throttle, yet RPM increases for the next 300ms? (from 5500 to 5875). All other logs I have seen show TPS, MAP and RPM in Sync. I can't see RPM smotthing effect this, but ...

Re: I want to fight Gair (IAT) I need the Gair curve

I think I have achieved the same thing by changing IAT Fuel based corrections under "Other tuning" in MSII.

I have GAIR now constantly at 100% as I had heat soak issues on restart.

My table is (in deg C)

IAT Deg % corr
8 0
21 0
33 4
46 8
58 12
70 16

Hope this helps

Re: no. of squirts - short "?"

Hendrik.

Kannst Du mir ein PM schicken.. Ich moechte mich vorstellen?

I too have noticed improvement in sim/4 squirts in my 5 litre Rover based V8 in my TVR (green ring Injectors).. however it does mean small chnges in PW have a large effect in AFR.

Sim/4 squirts is definite the way to go..

What a interesting thread.. I have gone from 4/Alt to 4/Sim on my Rover V8.. with such an improvement.

Currently using Lucas Green injectors..is there any impact on injector wear when doubling the firing?
