running gm hei with 6a

alright ive been tring to figure alot of this out myself but i figured i would ask on this because im afraid the 6a might fry the ms II if i hook it up wrong. but i looked in the mega manual and just saw the diagram for a points style ignition. can anyone shed some light on this?

im running an msd 6al/ 2 plug blaster coil with my 8 pin hei and megasquirt. what i did was got the msd plug and play harness, and i ran the 6al with my stock computer that way. when i put the ms in i just left it wired that way. basicly just wire it up the way it says in the msd instructions.

i did see that i just have a 8 pin hei, and when i wired the msd box when it had the stock ecm i jut tapped in the wires where th directions called for, can i just run the wires like called for in the gm 8 pin

it wired the exact same way as with a stock computer.
