Injector Size at higher fuel pressure?

Post by UnaClocker »

So I have some Buick 19lb injectors (Bosch actually, but out of some kind of Buick V6 engine that was MPFI). According to my reference book that came with my fuel pressure gauge, GM MPFI vehicles run 36-42psi. Well it's going into a Dodge which runs 55psi of fuel pressure, how big are they now? My math says 26lb, is that correct?
The part number on the injectors is 0280150235 for anyone that wants to just look them up directly somewhere.
Thanks!

Found the answer here: http://www.rceng.com/technical.htm
Seems they will flow about 23lbs now. Glad I checked into the original fuel pressure for these things. :)
