Newbe getting ready to do an audi 5 cyl

Post by vondeutchvw »

Ok I have a 1984 VW DOKA (Vanagon pickup) that I have swapped in an audi 5 cyl to (ala South africain style) Currently I am running the standard CIS which although is reliable it is old and I must get it to pass Japaneese emissions soon. (Shipping off to Japan and taking my toy with me.) So I have a few questions. The motor is a KV 2.2 NA 136ps motor. Normaly this runs sans cat and o2 sensor. I have a lm1 wide band controller and all the required parts (GM temp sensors etc.) How do I set up the injectors? (The base map is for a 4 cyl.)

You have to fire all the injectors simultaneously with this one. The code allows either 1 or 5 squirts per cycle; I'd try 1 first.
