ms1 v2.2 wideband input 5v, warmup wizard raw o2 3.26v??
so after reinstalling my ms and lc-1 with everything grounded properly, 14+ wires soldered into the ground lug, seperated board and pwm + and -.
I get a max lean reading of 16.5 with the engine powered and not running, 3.26v reading on warm up wizard screen o2 raw reading.
with the motor running I cannot get the idle afr reading above 11 with an injector pulse width of 1.1. the sparkplugs are grey and ashy (normal to lean looking). my calculated pulse width @ idle with my new injectors based on my old tune should be 3.5ms
I verified the lc1 output voltage to the ms input pin and ms ground was 5v with the lc-1 on and car not running. looking at the ms schematic the o2 signal has a 1mohm resister to ground and passes through a 1kohm resister. on bench testing just the input circuit, I get 3.26v to the cpu pin in when I put 5v to the o2 sensor in and ground. is this normal input voltage?
I reflashed the firmaware on both the ms and lc-1. rechecked my configurator and ego settings, noticed the switchpoint is 2.509v?
what is wrong??
